Taehyeong (he/him), who also goes by Nathan, is a Korean-American born in Korea and raised in the San Fernando Valley of California. He is majoring in Cognitive Science with a certificate in Education Studies.
At Yale, Nathan has been a part of both YMUN Taiwan and Korea, where he loved working with students from around the world. On campus, he’s been involved with TEDxYale, serves as a Student Guide at the Yale Center for British Art, and is a FOOT leader. He also works at the Office of International Students & Scholars (OISS), pulls regular shifts at the buttery, and was a Courtyard Aide for TD (where you’ll frequently see him lounging in a hammock on sunny days). This past spring, Nathan studied abroad in Amsterdam, where he spent his days biking and trying to learn the Dutch language. In his free time, he loves to play sports and is an active participant on the intramural scene.
He is so excited to meet the Class of 2029 and to welcome all new Red Lions to TD!
