Timothy Dwight Dining Hall

Timothy Dwight Dining Hall is located at 345 Temple Street.

Our dining hall is modeled after a traditional New England Town Hall, with weathered, hand–hewn ceiling beams and trusses, paneled walls, large circular chandeliers, and furnished with long maple tables and black captain’s chairs. (From Yale Dining’s Website)

Dining Hall Manager: Nicole Winckler

Nicole brings more than 20 years of operational leadership experience across hospitals, hotels, and multi-unit service environments, with proven strengths in financial acumen, strategic problem-solving, health and safety compliance, and leading large union teams. She is an effective communicator, highly attentive to customer needs, and committed to continuous improvement - attributes that will serve the Timothy Dwight community well. Nicole holds a B.A. in Criminal Deviant Behavior and Social Control.

Beyond her professional experience, Nicole enjoys family nights by the fire, fine dining with her husband Scott, and watching football with her sons Elijah and Liam.
