Hello! My name is Youwei Zhong (he/him), and I am a first-year PhD student in Computer Science. Before joining Yale as a PhD student, I did my undergraduate in Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, China. In my senior year, I came to Yale as a research intern. (That’s right! I am back!) I am happy to offer academic and career guidance to TD students in Computer Science and other STEM fields. My research field is mainly in formal methods. As a foodie, I love exploring Chinese and Asian cuisine and would be happy to have group outings to restaurants around New Haven. I also enjoy outdoor activities and have explored East Rock, Yale Outdoor Education Center, and Sleeping Giant State Park. Planning to explore more!
